NPCs disappear when reloading

Hello!

When I reload an NPC, it disappears and never reappears...

- Setting a spawn point and reloading → NPCs are missing
- Changing the number of NPCs in monuments and other locations and reloading → NPCs are missing

After restarting the server, they spawn, but when I make a change and reload, they seem to disappear.

Can you type 'plugins' in console, then DM me the output please?
