Not working with betterloot

I can't get this plugin to work with betterloot. 

No crates of any kind or npc's of any kind drop perk items of any kind.

How can I implement this plugin on a server with betterloot and stack sizes?

Also No Raidable bases spawn any ether. This plugin is basically useless to me.

I wish you would have advertised that it's incompatible with several well known and used plugins.

If I can't get this resolved I'll have to return the plugin, I cant change my entire server around and several well known and used plugins to accommodate for this one.
