unable to get plugin to run

[ArmoredTrain] Move the contents of the data folder from the archive you downloaded from the website into the oxide/data folder on your server!

ive run this plugin before on my old server, im not sure what the issues could be

It should all be set now, ive deleted the config and reloaded it bit still have the 404 not found error

You have placed the files in the ImageLibrary folder. You should put them in the Images folder. If it is not in the list, then create it.
