special cargo

it seems everyone on the server including my self, had materials to deliver wasnt just one person it choose,  needs to be updated to where it shows player who is delivering said items for others to try and stop them is what i think would be a interesting event also the little icon that pop's up on left side for players wont even know to click on it becouse its so small to get to join game window to pop up, i think for the cost of this plugin should be greatly updated.
