Console Error/Wireless Adapters Issue

I'm getting some strange behavior with wireless adapters not loading correctly when attached to box deployables - they immediately turn into normal storage adapters. I had not done any Steam, Oxide or Plugin update since they had initially worked about a week ago - they randomly started behaving this way. 

Today I noticed the following error in console as well:

Terminal, the Github docs and Custom Item Definitions are all on the latest versions... not sure why this is happening.

I should point out my existing deployed adapters are working fine - and have the blue light on them. All of my additions since those originals are not working though.
