Hi, how do I insert Discord as a link? And using the Kit plugin directly from your portal? It doesn't work.

You can't really insert links since hyperlinks are not supported in Rust. 
I'm assuming you using Kits from umod, to actually use those inside WelcomePanel you need extra addon which is sold separately.
