NPC Give random quest instead open store page

I dont have any dungeon plugin enable and i cant execute the menu commands

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

the issue not happening anymore after i unload the plugin, i use carbon so i always use uninstall instead of unload 1st. Sorry that my mistake
