If I try to give it does not give correct perk.  
Command: ipgivekit  <target ID/Name> <perk>
It never gives correct perk  for example if I say BlastMine  it gave horticulture

try wrapping the name in "" or just use a partial name.

Like / ipgivekit "socially obscure" BlastMine

or / ipgivekit socially BlastMine

tryed both of those and still gave different than requested kits

I have no idea what my problem is .....I checked a quest with ip reward and it gave me correct perk based off a give command.   Weird

Its the chat command that does not work!     You may close ticket

ipgivekit doesn't have a target in the chat command.

The person running the command is the target, so it would be ipgivekit <kit name>
