total control update not working

tryed twice now to upload the total control update but keep getting this

To install the new update you will need to remove TotalControl.cs from your plugins folder then remove the TotalControl folder from your data folder and then add the new TotalControl.cs file to your plugins folder.

The issue is the big changes made to the new data files.
