oxide/carbon support

I’m running on a Pterodactyl panel with the Rust All-in-One Egg. Whenever I set up an Oxide server and try to connect it to MySQL, I get this error:

[PlayerRanks] Couldn't connect to SQL. Please check config credentials and ensure that SQL host is whitelisting Rust server IP.

Here’s what I’ve tried :

• I already whitelisted the IP and tested a few other methods, but the error still shows.
• It doesn’t always happen — some hosts work fine, others throw this error.
• If I run a Carbon server on the same VPS i had problem with oxide, the connection works fine. (I know that sounds weird, lol.)

Have you ever seen this issue before? If so, do you know a way to fix it? Thanks!

I've seen it before where the IP for SQL and game server are not the same, so the IP you need to whitelist isn't the same as the one you use to connect to the game server.
I suppose you could rule that out with temporary wildcard whitelist?

By different hosts, I mean both Rust server providers and SQL hosts. I tested with Shockbyte and my own VPS  neither could connect to MySQL using Oxide, but when I switched the server to Carbon it worked fine so I think this might be worth checking on your side.
