Loottable Plugin Doesn't Work

I have the Loottable plugin installed and running, but none of the changes I've made have taken effect. I changed all gather rates to 2x, but they remain 1x. I've also changed some stack sizes to 2x, and they also remain vanilla. I have tried writecfg, o.relod *, restarted the server, and reinstalled the plugin, with no luck. I've had a ticket open on The_Kiiiing's discord for close to 20 hours now, with no reply. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Update: Figured it out. Had to go through the UI for every single little thing and click a button from DISABLE to ENABLE. This seems like a pointless extra step and should either be automatic or at least have a single button to enable every modification. The author, "The_Kiiiing" did finally respond to my ticket after about 22 hours had passed.
