Multiple triggers on completion

Hi,

it has happened multiple times last few weeks or like 2 - 3 months that the offering triggered multiple times in a row after completion. I'm not sure what conditions cause this, as it can happen with many players online or even a handful at night. It's pretty rare and doesn't happen every time. There are no errors other than the: Calling kill - but already IsDestroyed!? box.wooden.large

I pulled a snippet from the logs where it was rewarding after 3 "calls" just a few moments ago.  They gain silver eggs, XP, and skill points upon completion. 

I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done?

Thanks for the help. Since the update, I haven't seen this happen anymore!
