Config File Issues

The below keeps defaulting to those time values which voids all my times changes I've made for Mon-Sun. 

"Raid management for specific days(Takes precedence over raid management by day of the week)": {

How do I remove the bottom entries permanently? Can remove those values? I'm trying to set it up so my server on a schedule starts a raid block at 10PM Mountain Standard Time then ends at 10AM Mountain Standard Time.

The below is an example for how I have it set up for each day:

Am I doing something wrong? It would be really nice if we could just enter in what Time Zone we want to use either in the GUI or in the config file without having to do this negative mins stuff in the config file. Or, it would be nice if we could just enter what times we want and all the math gets down in script instead of us having to try and figure this stuff out.
