background issues

I am trying to change the background on my welcome panel and any non addon related tab changed just fine but the other addon tabs were using my old background images even after changing them to the new image. Now it just does this. This is for the shop, wipe cycle, links, kits vip ranks and map votes

Now i cannot even get it to open

I got the last issue fixed, just need to figure out why the backgrounds for the addons are still trying to use the old picture I have since deleted

sometimes ImageLibrary might be holding old image. Use console command "refreshallimages" and then after ImageLibrary finish up just reload WelcomePanel. 

Issue remains

Then you either doing something wrong when editing config file or it's issue with your image/url. Please post your config file here so I can check it out for you.

is the link in question, works fine in other pages, there is no setting for each addon for background image as far as I can tell, like with wipe cycle for example 

it loads fine for any page that isnt an addon

Could you attach the actual json file here on into DM please?
