Wallpaper disappearing when place on outside surface

Hello, I have the problem that wallpaper which are placed on outside surfaces will disappear after a time.

May I ask you to check and advise if this is a general bug or if I am doing something wrong.

i´ve to correct myself. 

Not all of them appearing but some donwlaoded.
