Zombies Not Respawning

Started using this map again as of this August wipe. No zombies at hospital or prison camp are re-spawning. If I reboot the server, they spawn once, but once killed they do not respawn unless I reboot the server.

I updated to ver 23. I have mapskinner, npcspawn, npcmovingcontrol, prisionalert and anymapvender loaded and running with no errors. What am I missing? I used  this map before and it has previously worked fine,

Hi, sorry for the wait. The developers have changed the NPCs and now they look somehow different in the editor. I need to test them in more detail and redo some plugins, it takes more time. Thanks

Actually, the latest version 1.2.3 is fully missing the NPC spawners. I'm experiencing this issue myself, that saving the map just entirely erases the spawners. That makes Atlanta only half Atlanta at the moment
