No Npc's after update

I'm not finding any NPC's at any monuments after the update. Any clues?

Hello, I have not encountered this, can you provide some additional information, either the NpcSpawn, BetterNpc configuration files and the Data folder (or the NpcSpawn and BetterNpc folders from it)?
