fail uploading skins not approved

helloo.
 im trying to add not aproved skins to the data. but when reload the plugin automatic delete all  skins added.
 automatic add itself skins forviden like all hazematesuits, when i deleted and added custom. 
i granted to default group permission, use, usedefault.
and dosent works. i need some help tomorrow need to be working nice to prevent issues with facepunch please.

i added then realoaded the plugin and the plugin delete the skins

i think is fixed, i granted useapprove perm  then works

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
