New Build with error and missing NPC

Hi, I wanted to create my own building using CopyPaste, and so far, no problems.

I managed to position it as I wanted thanks to the instructions provided here:
https://xdquest.skyplugins.ru/en/wiki#custom-build-panel

But I have two problems:
- The NPC has disappeared
- I have a server error with an audio trigger.

Please help me.

I found the solution to my problem.
Checking the original structure on Fortify, it turns out that the teddy bear is the quest NPC later.

Here's my new build, with the teddy bear, which then appears as an NPC.
