Can't use laptop to begin event

I cannot use the laptop to start the event at the base. I see the general on the ground but the laptop does nothing. 

Question: Does this plugin work on primitive servers?

I just noticed it puts the item in my inventory.  not sure why

Hello, this indicates that you have not transferred the data files from the archive with the plugin to the server, do it again and very carefully, everything in the archive is arranged in the right folders, the same architecture should be on the server, I think after that the problem will be solved.

I'll clarify about the primitive mode, but at the moment I have no idea why the plugin might not work on a primitive server.
