Request for Refund – Plugin Not Functioning After Reward Configuration

Hello,

I'm writing to report a critical issue with the plugin I purchased. After modifying the reward settings — including setting up rewards both through custom inventory IDs and direct assignment — the rewards have completely stopped working. They are no longer granted to players either via in-game inventory or through the plugin's custom UI.

Additionally, after adding reward items via the inventory interface, the plugin not only fails to deliver them, but also prevents any further editing of the rewards. The server console throws multiple errors when attempting to interact with the configuration.

Given that the plugin is now non-functional despite following the documented steps and best practices, I kindly request a full refund for both the plugin and its paid add-ons.

Please let me know what steps I need to take in order to process this refund.

Please send me all the configs - from the main plugin, from the inventory and from the plugin that doesn't work
