Still Turning into normal recycler

You've closed my other ticket but this is still an issue -

For some reason, after server restart, recyclers turn into normal recyclers, even on latest version but only in some cases.
If they don't, when you press on the input button, the dialogue box disappears and the recycler turns into normal one
