Cant use buyraid

The Plugin says i have the raidablebases.banned Permission

I do not have it, default does not have it, Admin does not have it

Found the Problem, Code says that Admin cant do that

please do not edit the code. the code does not block admins. only the message shown is different.

there is a command created exclusively for cases like yours where someone has granted the banned permission

/rb unban

this command will revoke the permission from you, and tell you which group inherited it. 

if there is no message then you are not banned and will not receive a banned message.

you must be an admin to use the unban command. players are not allowed to use it
