[Feature Suggestion] AFK

A config option for if someone stands in the way of the Parkour that after that time of let's say you know it won't take more than 30 minutes to complete it, that it would kill the player or set them at the beginning of the spawn or something like that? 

That and possibly a cool down option in the config file you can set. Like, lets say there's a lot of people doing the parkour and to give other players a chance have a cool down option.
