I have a team that one guy placed the planters and the other guy can not see the automation when he opens the planter. 

all clan members must have permissions to use the plugin and must have limits configured.
Also this property must be set to true

That is set to true and both were "default" group. One bought VIP last night but they claim its been that way since fay one of me using the plugin.

What plugin do you use for the clan?

The Clan one off Umod. If thats the problem, I can remove it, no one ever makes a clan on my server.

Remove the clan plugin, create a new rust team and let me know if it works

also, run this command and put the steam ID of the user that has problems, and send me all the output:
oxide.show user STEAMID

That seems to have been the problem. As soon as they made a new team, he could see the Auto Farm stuff and it fixed other stuff, like having to keep entering codes on locks.

surely the plugin is not compatible with that clan plugin, I add it to the clan plugins supports.
for now everything works?

Perfect, I'm closing the ticket for now.
In a few days I'll release an update to support that clan plugin
