Hi!

It seems that almost all the custom locations on the map, particularly the card rooms, are not working properly. Could you suggest any solutions to fix this?

Did you install Rustedit DLL on your server ?

Yes Rustedit DLL is required for custom maps with custom monuments in order for keycard puzzles to work
