The "List of skins that the Rationer perk will not refund" setting is currently not working as expected.

I added the skin ID 2783384817 (Fried Chicken from cooking) to the list to prevent it from being refunded, but the perk still refunds it.

Please look into this issue or let me know if there's something I'm missing in the configuration.
