Skilltree gather not counting with QDXuest plugin

We have users reporting issues with gather rates not counting when using skilltree skills to gather wood for XDQuest plugin quests.

Went to the XDQuest, and noticed a similar ticket, that pointed to the cause was related to recent changes with the Skilltree plugin.

Problem description.

Player gets a quest to collect 1 million wood.

Goes out and gathers the wood, using skilltree maxed skills in woodcutting.

Can see that only say around half of what is being collected is actually counting toward the quest total.

Can you assist please.
