Hello,
Even if I set "Death_Crate_LockDuration:" to 1, the timer remains at 15 minutes. An idea of the problem ?

Hi,

Can you confirm you're testing with a crate which was spawned by BotRepSpawn, as a result of `Spawn_Hackable_Death_Crate_Percent` option?
If so, I'll jump in game now and see if I can find the problem.

Hi again,
I just got to test in game and it worked OK.
The counter does briefly flash 15, which is the default, but then immediately switches to my setting, which was 1 minute in my test.

Is it possible your crate wasn't from BotReSpawn?

Good evening,
Indeed, by removing the "AutomatedEvents-FancyDrop-GuardedCrate-LaptopCrateHack" plungins and then reloading "BootReSpawn", the problem has been solved. I just have to put the others back one by one and see which one interferes. Sorry for the mistake.

No apology needed! Thanks for letting me know, though.
If I adding a call to identify my crates to other developers (to ignore them) is useful, I'd be happy to do that.

I checked all 4 plugins and it's "LaptopCrateHack" interfering and successfully fixed the problem. About the "Corpse_Duration", it's in minutes and the minimum is one minute? I tried the value 0.5 and it doesn't seem to work.

Yes, that's right. It's minutes and 1 is the minimum value.

I noticed something strange. If I give a bot a kit with a single knife, the game gives it a default gun.
Does that make you too?

Yeah, that's normal. The game gives all these npcs hazmat and guns.
I guess you have 'Keep_Default_Loadout' set to true, to preserve those original items, and add your kit on top?

If you want to kit them from naked/unequipped, set Keep_Default_Loadout false.

 

If that's not the case here, please let me know. 🙂

Hello. In fact for this to work, I had to register the character with his melee weapon in hand with the "Kits" plugin.

Hi,
Yes, you'd have to give the npc a kit with the desired weapon in the belt, and you'd also have to have Keep_Default_Loadout set to false,
so that his vanilla weapon is removed.
