Make sure that in config you have electicity variable set to 0 and you are editing correct turret profile.

Then it means you have another plugin conflicting with it.

I had no problems with the previous version, but this problem occurred in the latest version.

What do you mean by previous 3.0.8? It was exactly same as 3.0.9. It just has fix for FP update.
