mainly the bear even though there's food in the trough or do bears eat something other thank pumpkins?

i kept and eye on them and only the bear's health is not full, BUT it stays at 150hp so I'm guessing it's just a visual thing

You have no water for them to drink they will lose health. also bears spawn at 150 health. as there newboarns and sould gain health as they eat and drink

 

All other animals will spawn low health too just not implemented it as of yet.
