Console is spammed with

Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh
Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh

Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh

Spam goes away if the plugin is reloaded.

Check things like a custom map file that you are loading, positions for bosses, things of this nature. There is likely one or more boss that is trying to spawn in a place that it cannot.

Depending on what settings you use, a fresh install of the plugin can confirm that there is an issue. If you have done much to customize, then keep copies of your adjustments if you do this.
