Error with hook OnPlayerConnected

Hello, I run a carbon server and was looking through my carbon logs. When checking those i found this error. What could be causing this?

The OnPlayerConnected hook is somehow being called with a null player... seems other Carbon users have raised similar complaints for other plugins in the Discord, so might be a bug.

I'll release a fix which works around this issue shortly.
