Skin requests (skin does not load)

I have a problem with loading skins in "skin requests". I waited a long time for them to load, reloaded the plugin, but the skins still don’t appear.
I also tried using "Try" to see if it would load the skin at least while holding it.

I'm not sure if this is caused by someone trying to add a skin collection or something (because, if I remember correctly, this used to prevent skins from loading, if I'm not mistaken).

Overall, in Skin Requests, I had four skins—two skins for single and double doors, which loaded successfully. The only issue I currently have is with the AK and the Large Wooden Crate.

However, the plugin itself works as it should. When I use the command to change a skin and place an item, all skins load quickly

Yeah, just as I thought, someone is trying to add a skin collection through Skin Requests. I understand that I should simply reject collections outright and ask players to add individual skins instead?
