Adding players to teams

I seem to be having issues when I tried to add someone to someone team. It say they been added, but are not showing in the person in the team leader team.

Is anyone eles having this issue's or just me?

was both players online ?

1 was online, the other two was offline but asleep.

alright , will take look , seems work fine when both players are online
