Health Bar Showing for Non-NPCs

We are having an issue where the health bar is displaying randomly on nodes, trees, building blocks, etc. It is not 100% of the time, but it does pop-up occasionally.

Hi, I tried to replicate the issue so I could find what is causing it and fix it ,but I wasn't able to . I checked with two of my other customers if they seem to experience same issue, but the plugin works just fine for them too . 

Unfortunately I can't fix problem I cannot see or experience , so I was thinking at least if there is possibility that some other plugins may interfere with the Health bar . First off , If You could get a screenshot of it , so I have any sort of trace to check it , that could help . Or other option, try to load only Health Bar plugin on the server without other plugins running simultaneously, and try for Yourself if You can see difference . If that's the case , You can then try other plugins one by one to see which one could have seems to cause the issue or interfere with each other .

I am using this plugin along with many others and run smoothly.

This is still happening for me, but it is virtually impossible to get a screenshot of it because the health bar disappears so fast. Plus, it only happens like 1 out of every 100 hits, so it is hard to reproduce.

I haven't yet tested on my dev server to see if it is still an issue there, but wanted to provide an update.
