the old version you could see when police are online, the new version when police sign in a hat appears with a number of how many police are on. only the police thee this? should everyone not be able to see when police are online? the old version people could see who was online and how many.

top left of the screen everyone has a ui to see if police is online or not

there is a config setting saying "turn_of_UI_by_default = true" it is set to true by default.  just set it to false and everyone sees if police is online or not
