The NPCs seem to just shoot in random locations I'm not sure what they are shooting don't seem to be targeting anything, no one is around for them to target.

Hi, do the default ground NPCs at the airfield do this too? Or is it only the NPCs that were created by the airfield event?

Did you manage to solve the problem? As far as I understand, you need to configure the botrespawn config so that there are no conflicts
