Plugin causing massive RCON issues

For the previous few months, we have noticed with Rust Admin and other RCON clients that RCON messages were missing.  After testing basically all our plugins and help from some other community members, we discovered that this plugin was the culprit.  It seems that somewhere RCON is being overloaded and causing 30-50% of RCON messages to be dropped.  Is there any way this can be fixed, or a known fix for this already?

In game, no everything seems to work fine.  All our plugins and events in game work fine.

Using things like Rustadmin, or any RCON client, is completely broken when using the plugin/discord bot.  30-50% of all RCON messages are missing.  This includes chat, console, etc.  Any broadcasted messages on RCON seem to be effected, where sent commands works fine on RCON.  This makes the RCON applications useless for helping monitor our server since messages are missing.

And you’re sure you don’t see anything weird going on during this time? No role spam in discord audit logs or anything?

Have you been able to tell when messages are being dropped from RCON, is DiscordLink performing any sort of action during that time?
Most actions are logged by DiscordLink so they're should be timestamps

As far as I know, it shouldn't have been doing anything at that time.  Nothing needed to be sync'ed and no one was trying to link any accounts.  When it was happening, we didn't see any logs either of anything happening on the discord bot or server side of things.  Do the logs go to a special file somewhere?  They weren't being shown in the console output.

The easiest way to tell that messages were being missed is by watching our chat.  We had our chat going to a discord channel from another plugin, and RustAdmin (or any rcon) was missing messages there were going to the channel.

This is just very odd,

I'm not really sure what could be causing this. I might try a different method of logging the message only to RCON sources rather than through console and see if that maybe helps.
When I get a second to change that I'd love to send you a version to see if that fixes the issues that you're having.

So, I have been playing around with this for a bit.

I am not able to replicate this issue so it's hard for me to get a reason as to why this is happening.

This is actually a carbon related issues. Hopefully they will be fixing it soon. After many hours of looking into it the issue has a specific cause. That being sending an rcon command from an rcon client to the server in which a plugin detects it as a valid command for that plugin. Some reason makes the server console freeze. Carbon has already been informed about the issue

You should probably change the plugin description to state it's not compatible, then. I will be asking for a refund.

Jeez bro, slow down. This was a bug with carbon that should not have been happening.  The plug-in is compatible they just needed to fix something on their end which was already done.
