Would it be possible to add a config option that prevents placing items on top of each other/layering?

Would it be possible to add a config option that prevents building on top of items?

We have players exploiting the plugin by placing a rock and building on top of it and then removing the rock and having a sky base then. Or building a staircase of rocks, stuff like that.

I don't have any plans to implement any additional placing restrictions at this point.

What about the option to destroy buildings when the underlying structure is destroyed/removed? So if they build a base on top of rocks and remove the rocks they don't have a sky base?

If the rocks are an issue, I recommend removing them disabling them. I don't plan on handling base building restrictions etc for these entities. It requires a lot of resources to constantly check if the foundations are sitting above the rocks, because if Rust's native stability isn't picking up the missing rocks, then it would require a monobehaviour that would constantly check each fountation to see if its still above a rock, which is a waste of resources.
