idk what i changed in my config but some helis do not shoot rockets

First thing to do would be to backup your config, then delete the config file and reload the plugin and test with default config. See if the issue resolves. If it does, then we can look at your config to see if there might be an error.

Did you get anywhere with this?

i also have that same problem i can send you my config not a single heli is shooting rockets was working always worked and since i last updated it stopped working

i did and it worked even added one more heli tier and then all worked fine

I can't see an obvious problem with your config, but I am glad this resolved the issue for you. So have you added/edited your config back to how you wanted it and it continues to work ok?

Yes but is really strange the helis just stop shooting rockets after each update 
this time this fixed it let's see next time
