I have changed the time to EST, and reloaded the plugin plenty, but it does not change in game.. times are given in UTC it appears. what am i doing wrong?

Type the following command in powershell: 

Get-TimeZone -ListAvailable

This will provide a list of all time zones available in Windows, including the names and identifiers.

my rust server "currently running on my Windows 11 machine locally" is running Windows.
