kits are not showing in inventory when trying to enhance item

kits are not showing availble to enhance items even tho kits are in player inventory. "you do not have any enhancement kits in your inventory"

Also players are getting kicked when they move/remove enchanted items. Gives an RPC error. When plugin is unloaded said item is now unable to be picked up.

Seems like its an issue when updating the .cs file. Normally i would just drag and drop new version into folder and it would unload old and load new. that seems to cause the ingame issues. After doing an oxide reload all, plugin started working again. Reloading just item perks wouldnt change anything. 

I have fixed the kit issue for the next release. Testing it on my discord atm.

I saw a patch issue with the Harmony patch for item repair, but not sure if that will have any impact on the RPC issue. Can't see how my plugin is causing that issue.
