Only removes player if they are logged on after wipe

I ran the command after wipe to remove players from the groups, but it did not remove anybody.

However after players logon after wipe, the plugin removes them from the groups.

This is very inconvenient because this way, I cannot use this plugin to remove all players from all groups at a new wipe.
