winners not getting the prize do I have to enable it

had players use the plugin but when it finished the winner did not get any prize do I have to enable it somewhere in the config yeah seen the config sorry will change and try again

They would have a prize redemption available to them. Get them to type /sprize to redeem it.

It would have told them in that about this.
