The Perms Option Is Not Working To Set The Default Group To outpostrespawn.use Can You Fix This?

Console Command/Output:

oxide.grant group default outpostrespawn.use
Permission 'outpostrespawn.use' doesn't exist

perms are in the config for each location example 
outpostrespawn.outpost
outpostrespawn.bandit
outpostrespawn.use is no longer needed will add it back in next update
