Query about error

Hello, I am using your bases and it doesn't add any. I tried with the medium and hard ones and nothing, it only shows the others that I had before. What could be the problem? They are loaded exactly as they were delivered to me, I didn't even remove their advertising.

 it is very easy to install, you just have to add the 5 commands prepared in confidence after putting the bases in the CopyPaste data file.
