Error in Console When Claiming Rewards

Players frequently are unable to claim their rewards with /vote or /claim. When they attempt to do so, there is an error in console:

Usually it works if they try again a few minutes later.

Our plugin isn't made for Carbon, i don't know if its compatible, how often does this still hapen?

The plugin has Carbon Compatible on the description page, so you many want to change that then. It still happens regularly. I get complaints often about it.

Ill see if i can contact the dev, i dont know whats causing it. We don't know about Carbon because it was made for Oxide,  does it happen all the time or only sometimes?

It happens a majority of the time, but not every time if that makes sense. It is pretty easy to reproduce, but there are times where it works as expected.

Yeah, ill drop this with the developer if i can reach him. I have seen similair reports about this before.

So does this recent update address anything? Does it mean you were able to reach him?
