Dont work with another Plugin

Hi,

my community love the poertable recycler.

but we run a lot of more plugns also itemperks.

problem is here. this plugins comes wirth some perks @items. when player use the portable recycler they dont ghet the ench kit from thius item. @normal regular recycler it works.

so may its possiblethat this plugin can work with the itemperks items?
