Adding Custom Video To Server Panel

Hi, 

I created a 2 minute and 30 second video. Is it possible to put this video into the server panel for when people click on the play button? I have the play button on the picture I just don't know how to get the video to work. I have attached a picture! Any detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated.
